On the post about thickeners, quite a number of comments touched on the stress of using Cocoyam as a thickener. I thought to myself, stress, which stress, oh the pounding. Ah well, it isn't stressful for me. I use a food processor. Don't add water, just blitz away and in under a minute, you would have Ede puréed to perfection.
