How do I order a meal?
Step 1: Simply mouse over the “Order Food” menu option at the top of the screen, and pick a menu option; say “Order Curry Dishes”. This then opens a new page.
Step 2: Select your preferred product. On the next page, choose the size and quantity of meals you want and click “Request Price”. If one only food item is being picked, click the “View Request Bag” link for more details.
Step 3: Fill the Request Form, and await a swift response from us with pricing details.
Step 4: In the email received, click “Accept & Pay” to complete the request process. On the new page, verify your cart and proceed to Checkout.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is a minimum order of £300 (regardless of location), which is essential for business operations and required to calculate the shipping weights and rates for your order.
There is also a maximum item count of 7 food items, that can be requested when creating your Price Request order.
How do I pay?
Upon completing your order, we have provided several payment options for you with adequate descriptions.
You can pay using any of PayPal, Cash App, or with a Bank Transfer to Dooney’s Account.
And in very special cases, you may be able to pay with cards.
Can I pay "Cash on Delivery"?
All dishes are cooked strictly on request after payment is made in full, hence we do not accept “Cash on Delivery”.
When will I receive my meals in the UK or EU?
Orders from the UK or in select countries in the EU will have their food cooked fresh always and delivered on the same day – especially if you are within London, Essex, and Kent.
Outside these areas, your order will be sent to you “chilled” via courier, using a next day delivery service. Delivered before 12pm, between Tuesday – Saturday.
When will I receive my meals in the US or Canada?
Orders from the US & Canada will have their food cooked fresh always and delivered “chilled” by an international courier or our angel delivery service – within 5 working days of placing your order.
We will send you a tracking number for your delivery to help you keep up to tabs with your shipment.
Can I send my special cooking instructions?
Tolerance level for pepper, extra cooking instructions like allergies, type or cuts of meat or fish to use or not use, what ingredient to avoid, type of oil to cook with, etc. – whatever your special food needs are, I respect them.

How do I order a meal?
Step 1: Please visit the Dooney’s Kitchen Restaurant at Lekki, Lagos.
Step 2: If you cannot visit, send us a Whatsapp message HERE.
Please ensure to place an order a day or two before delivery. For same-day deliveries, please order and pay before 8:30am.
How do I pay?
Upon completing your order, you will be provided a Bank Transfer option to Dooney’s Account.
When will I receive my meals in Nigeria?
Orders in Nigeria will have their food cooked fresh always and delivered on the same-day via a logistics courier.
Delivered before 12pm, between Tuesday – Saturday.
Can I send my special cooking instructions?

Payments
What payment options are accepted?
At the moment, we accept PayPal and Bank Transfers to complete your orders on the website.
Please note, we do not accept “Cash on Delivery” option for payments on the website.
Will you offer more payment options in future?
We are looking at more options for our global customers to ensure you can enjoy your meals from Dooney’s Kitchen.
These may include Selz, Cashapp, and others. You will be notified when we do so.
Shipping and Delivery
What countries or regions do you deliver to?
Our European delivery service includes the United Kingdom, Ireland, and a few nations in Central Europe, like France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
While our Global delivery service includes the United States, Canada, and the UAE (Dubai).
All deliveries are carried out by recognised courier services to ensure prompt disbursement and deliveries of your favourite meals.
