Ofadichurri was developed off the back of its sister sauce, Yajichurri. The Dooney’s Kitchen Tribe requested a sauce that is nut-free and milder on the palate. Suitable for people with a medium tolerance for heat, but still intensely delicious.

Ofadichurri is green, it’s fresh, it’s more than just a sauce, but a novelty creation, that brings the thunder with your everyday cooking. It’s no wonder repeat customers always buy more than their previous order. It has no comparison or similarities to Ofada Sauce, they only share a naming likeness due to my cooking roots from my mum and grandma, who hail from Ijebuland.

Can be used as a Seasoning Sauce to amplify your cooking, as a Marinade for grilling proteins, as a Condiment to be stirred into Egg dishes, Pasta dishes, Rice dishes, Salad dressings, or used as a Dip. Oh, yum, yum.

Always keep refrigerated, preferably frozen.
